This loafer has a supple sole. The edge of the sole is made from vegetable-tanned leather. The outsole has a summery non-slip profile. The suede comes from a small and highly specialized suede tannery in Santa Croce Sull’Arno in the Italian province of Pisa. After the initial tanning process, the dark blue suede received an additional treatment with oils in the tanning drum. This process gives the suede a beautiful nap and rich appeal. The loafer is lined with top-quality calf leather.
